Be more relaxed and prepared for important conversations!  People often know a conversation needs to happen; they just don’t have it.  Consider how much lost productivity, anxiety or overthinking, erosion of team morale, and fiscal impact NOT having important conversations creates.  In this session, you’ll learn ways to:

●Be prepared to have the right impactful conversation at the right time, leading to next level leadership
●Say what needs to be said without ruining relationships; gain authentic respect and inspire higher performance
●Handle awkward topics with grace and be more relaxed in sticky situations
●Apply a simple, powerful four-step formula in minutes to prepare for any critical conversation


Going Deeper With DISC: Understanding Your People and Team Dynamics (May 21, 2024)

Beyond the basics of the DISC Styles, how can you help your team work better together?  Effective leaders know how to help diverse team styles compliment each other and how to manage challenging team dynamics.  In this session, you’ll learn ways to:

●Consider 6 DISC-based basic profile types and where they fit into 10 roles on a team
●Bridge gaps between divergent behavioral styles for improved teamwork and respect
●Create your own DISC-based Behavioral Action Plan for employees to take ownership of their development
●Get discounted individual DISC assessments and Manager's Playbooks for your team if desired
