Why Set Goals (Especially If You Might Not Achieve Them)?

What if you don't buy into the importance of goal setting?

Maybe you don't want to set goals, or think "goals suck!"?  Why set goals at all if you are resisting doing it?

Or perhaps you believe in goal setting to achieve more, but it feels overwhelming or demoralizing. What if you're not "doing it right?"  You definitely want to avoid setting goals that feel unrealistic or demotivating.  And please don't set goals that feel like "shoulds" - in other words, they may feel like important goals, but if you don't truly care about them, they are not for you...

Here's some food for thought: You are creating your life's legacy through your daily actions and various decisions - whether it's intentional - or not. If you're not setting "goals," hopefully you're doing something as an alternative that helps you grow and evolve more strategically, so you can create your INTENTIONAL positive legacy!

Ultimately, you want to achieve more success in life!

This video offers some thoughts and tips on goal setting to help you creating the life you want.
